Portfolio Management of HNWI NRI Clientele
- Onboarding of clients and ensuring smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensuring the MoM delivery on business numbers which include NTB, NSR and FUM build-up as assigned by the organization.
- Ensuring at least 50% qualification of on-boarded NTB’s as per the segment criteria.
- Understanding the client’s requirements, exploring their needs and provide customized banking solutions. Actively engaging with the clients on cross-selling across Fx, Insurance and wealth.
- Ensure to convert at least 40% of the leads obtained through digital campaign and at least 50% of the lead conversion obtained through corridor business.
- Actively work in collaboration with other business verticals of the bank like branch banking, employee banking & business banking etc for exploring the further business opportunities. Focus on obtaining referrals from existing clients of the bank and through micro marketing events.
- Ensuring strict adherence to compliance, regulatory framework and cross border restrictions & guidelines of the bank.
