As a functional safety manager, I am leading the functional safety topics with in the energy management team for ,High voltage co-ordinator (HVK) and Low voltage energy function application software for HCP5 ECU.Responsible for preparation and maintainance of safety plan , safety case , Develpment Interface agreement (DIA) , Tool qualification and classification reports,software safety analysis and impact analysis , support for confirmation measures, review of safety work products and artifacts and release reccomendation of safety software.

Stakeholder in PI planning and agile ceremonies.

Visited Germany twice for PI planning workshop.

Stakeholder in customer interface meetings with cariad germany and VW for functional safety topics.

Prepare and maintain release related artifacts like FSM hand book, MAN.3 plan , Schedule , Release note, communication plan etc.

Knowledge of High voltage safety functions , consumer control , power distribution in Electric vehicles.

• As a Project manager I am leading three agile teams in Advanced driver assistance.
• Responsible for two RADAR application projects and one scrum team in Advanced Driving control Unit (ADCU) project in the area of power supply management.
• Perform project planning ,schedule planning and capacity planning and assess loading of the team.
