This transformation includes the migration of outdated hardware and software in order to take advantage of the capabilities of modern technology, ensuring increased efficiency, scalability, security, and user experience.

XAMPR, a No-Code Human Process Automation (HPA) Platform for Service on the Edge, increases productivity by organizing front-line worker space, automating redundant steps, and gaining edge intelligence from last-mile activities, resulting in a significant reduction in operating expenses while saving costs.

• Participate in the full life-cycle development process, from design, development/code, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Contribute to improvements to the software development process.
• Identifying ways to improve design and development processes.
• Deploying applications, monitoring their performance, and maintaining them in production.

This project automates a manual process that includes duties such as validating documents, processing data based on specific rules, and updating data in various portals.

• Involved in requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of various apps and automation frameworks for release and quick fix engineering teams.
• I developed two desktop applications using C#, WPF, Microsoft Azure SQL, and Web APIs.
• Developed a SKU search POC, which helped in reducing the application testing time from 32 to 4 hours.
• Experience working on all 3 tiers of the application and facing key challenges on the business and database layers.
• Used ADO.NET to develop and provide the team with the data layer functions and used LINQ to connect to the database and fetch data. Experience in building and consuming RESTful web services using Web APIs.
