- Responsible for overall co-ordination of sales orders through order process, from order receipt stage through bill eligibility.
- Maintained knowledge of new product offerings and changes for order provisioning processes.
- Reviewed orders for accuracy, errors and omissions to minimize incorrect shipments.
- Manage accurate entry of all orders into EFI/EPS order and billing systems.
- Quickly identified problems and corrective action of all order requirements for products, product configuration pricing, etc.
- Verified that orders meet customer requirements and special billing needs.
- Resolution of simple and complex invoice and billing related issues.
- Validated accuracy of first billing to customer and ensure that it is in compliance with customer special billing requirements.
- Daily coordination of logistics with project managers, internal sales team members, and outside vendors to obtain parts and services needed to process order.
- Interfaced with sales, operations and functional groups to facilitate order flow and meet processing metrics.
- Reviewed order terms and conditions with customers to comply with company policy.
