· Working for 401K Retirement ‘Money Out’ process.
· Verifying participant’s hardship documents
· Involved in Quality check of the requests processed and distributing/ paying out funds to the participant’s account from their 401k account.

· Involved in Pre Boarding Validation.
· Extract Newly Arrived loan Information from the mortgage Documents.
· Validate the Extracted Data with the Prior Servicer Loan Documents and make the necessary corrections before it gets boarded in Real Service Tool.
· Sending Daily work reports.
· Working on Ad hoc request (3rd Party authorization, CA Invoice Extraction)
· Indexing of invoices
· Posting of invoice depending on PO and Non PO invoice in the system
· Working with in SLA and TAT as per the company policies.
· Posting of Credit Note as per the Exception
· Taking appropriate approval’s with the client regarding the Non PO invoices while posting them.
· Posting of invoice as per the SOP/DTP.
· Been a part of Accrual team for Month End Reconciliation of invoices.
· Been a part of Service desk team in resolving query’s when the volume is high.
