Responsibilities:

• Development of SQL objects i.e., Functions and Stored procedure based on business rationales.
• Analysis of existing data to meet business requirement using CTE, joins, windowing functions and complex queries.
• Involved in performance tuning and optimization of larger queries, Stored Procedures and data loading part.
• Have experience in performing transformation logic, implementing SCD logic, CDC, Lookup, Merge Join, Cache Transform etc.,
• Successfully deployed SSIS Packages into SQL Server and also scheduled jobs for same.
• Knowledge in Data Warehousing concepts and data modelling.
• Involved in all phases of software development cycle(SDLC) Such as requirement gathering, Solution design, development, unit testing and deployment to production.
• Got good understanding of business logics from Client side BA and executed database development effectively and sent to live.
• Have relevant experience as a backup engineer for a few months in the same project by creating backup and restore policies & scheduling and performing manual backups using Veeam, HP Data Protector and NetBackup.
