• Worked on incident tickets, server domain issues - Virtual machines in the VCenter environment, and physical servers from HP and Dell.
• Worked on incident tickets using Service Now and resolved tickets like CPU, memory, app dynamics, recent reboot, disc C-drive, disk expansion, note down issues, ping down issues.
• Worked on moving the servers to support and patching activities, decommission and app dynamics upgradation.
• Co-ordinate and troubleshoot with application team for any issue related to applications.

6. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors.

7. Monitoring and updating the windows codebase.

8. Managing user access and monitoring system performance.
