Designed and executed end-to-end test scenarios for fintech payment workflows, including payment creation, approval, notification resend, claim completion, and refund processing across web and mobile platforms.
Validated customer and merchant journeys covering authentication, account creation, profile accuracy, and transaction visibility across Merchant, Customer, and Admin portals.
Tested bulk disbursement and refund processing flows using manual uploads, SFTP integration, ACH withdrawals, gift cards, and Visa prepaid refunds, ensuring accurate status handling and calculations.
Verified redemption logic and offer calculations (percentage-based, flat, combined) with min/max constraints across multiple brands and providers.
Performed comprehensive functional, regression, sanity, smoke, negative, and exploratory testing for new features and production releases.
Validated admin configurations and business rules, including merchant onboarding, refund limits, role-based access control, fee setup, and data propagation across dependent systems.
Ensured UI/UX consistency and data integrity across dashboards, profiles, transaction history, redemption history, and refund lifecycle views.
Identified edge cases, logged and tracked defects using Linear, and collaborated closely with developers, product owners, and designers in Agile environments.
