• Daily Reconciliation of all the cash transactions
• BIC reporting – FED pledge Monitoring of all the leverage loans to the Federal Govt of
BOSTON.
• Preparation of Letter of Credit (LOC) by going through all the documents & disbursement.
• Reconciliation of collateral securities for loan limit purpose.
• Reconciliation of General Ledger transactions
• Handling Prepayments, Repayments of loans, liaising with the relationship managers or Agent bank
action to be taken in case of early closure of loan.
• Collection of fees (Line/Commitment Fee/upfront fee) on monthly/quarterly/semi-half yearly
basis as agreed by the client at the time of Onboarding.
• Daily processing of all bank loans as notices received from agent banks.
• Interacting with customers if any queries.
• Reconciliation of DDA – Demand Deposit Accounts.
