Fixing the Exchange rate for the payment & accounting of Forex realized & un-realized gain/loss.

Raising Debit Note to the Foreign & domestic Supplier against Rejection of material & price drop.

Vendor reconciliation for the Third party & Inter Companies.

Providing Ageing report for the Inter Company to the Management

Providing Various MIS Report for the month End Activities to the Management

Professional Tax payment Ns Filling.

General Ledger Accounting:

Monthly preparation GL Analysis & Schedules ( P&L items )

Preparing & passing JV’s in month end closure.

Preparation & Analysing of Accrual Entries ( Rent,Admin Expenses, Other Expenses)

Bank Reconciliation

Import/Export Activities

Arranging EPCG, BG/Bond for import shipment

ORM Closure

Shipping bill/IRM closure

DBK activities

Preparing Export documentation
