• Introduced GENAI enhancement for Job Description where were improved the user experience by 90% user rated it as Very good and no change made before publishing and only 0.3% rated poor in staffing solution application . This reduced 95% of manual effort for the users
• Led the development of a Global HR talent management platform used by 200,000+ employees in India and Philippines driving AI-powered workforce planning and predictive analytics.
• Introduced Agentic AI in staffing solutions, enabling automated actions for demand fulfillment.
• Supervised and mentored 20 Product owner and product team members with over 300+ team members 15 scrum teams and prioritizing backlog for each one of them.

Over a span of four years, worked with two banks on client location in south Africa and india. - BNP Paribas, and Standard Bank.

• BNP Paribas: Led the upgrade of Kondor+ from version 3.0 to 3.4, impacting major front-to-middle office applications such as Calypso and Murex in the capital markets domain.
• Standard Bank: Managed Annual SWIFT upgrades for two key applications, Meridian and Alliance, which facilitate secure financial messaging between banks and external financial institutions.

Business Analyst Responsibilities.

• Created and reviewed BRDs, ensuring business approval and conducting walk throughs with project managers, business owners, developers, and testers.
• Performed gap analysis, mapped business requirements to system rules, and generated traceability reports, helping test teams and development teams.
• Led a team of business analysts, and UAT testers, coordinating with development teams to resolve complex integration issues.
• Conducted risk impact assessments for business-critical releases and worked with application owners to highlight potential risks and define interface agreement documents.

Test Lead Responsibilities.

• Proficiently handled the testing projects, which involved utilisation of in-depth knowledge of corporate actions, and crafting of all SWIFT messages as per the ISO Standard.
• Hands-on experience in creation of Test strategies and Test plan creation , defect tracking, integration, functional, and regression testing for seamless project implementation.
• Provided functional expertise, Analyzed company's existing operations with upcoming Operations and ensured successful project sign-offs, delivering high-quality, low-risk systems.

• Managed overseas timely payments for Dividend & Coupons, and bond payments across multiple markets, regularly updating clients on changes and resolving client queries.
• Moved to the QA Analyst post one year ago, and was selected for this project based on in-depth knowledge of onshore-offshore project execution models.
• Developed key project artefacts, including test cases and lessons learned documentation, and collaborated with product owners to refine requirements.
