Driven by a passion for renewable energy and a knack for problem-solving, I excelled at ADANI INFRASTRUCTURE, where I led the commissioning of 54 turbines at the world's largest power plant. My expertise in system troubleshooting and team collaboration resulted in significant efficiency improvements. Skilled in technical reporting and fostering team unity, I consistently achieve and surpass project goals.
*Completed gracefully 1st phase (54 turbines) of commissioning of Adani"s 5.2 MW series in World"s largest power plant i.e. 30GW Khavda renewable park (Involved from 1st turbine).
*Got visuals of Erection, Post Erection and done MCC Audit of all the turbines itself according to checklist and initiated HOTO for pre commissioning activities.
* Done Pre commissioning with team , work like Punch point closure,Software installation,troubleshooting and DG commissioning were the major activities.
*Highlighted the design related issues to the engineering team.
*Initiated multiple rework like GCU unit OD,ID damage, Rotor stud projection work,RF installation for hub data access, 10 %Tensioning and torquing of All the hardwares from tower bottom till blade hardwares, Multiple software bugs and their update installation.
*Termination activities and all material check which received from plant for turbine installation.
*Most important analysis of the component failure in a new turbine which has not been started yet.
*Working in HUB control system of MITA TEKNIK performing blade calibration and communication troubleshooting of all the BU.
*Working in control system of W2E, Modules Make bachmann and main controller i.e. M1 controller IP assigning work and top to bottom communication troubleshooting activities.
*Working in HOPEWIND converter system its IP assignation, software installation and troubleshooting of its communication with M1 modules.
*Trying to make root cause analysis of every software bugs including hub and converter system and components like BUa nd ES in Hub and IGBT in converter failure analysis.
*Taking care of all types of error which are generating after hand over to O&M so that on working on it, we may neutrilize its cause in commitioning time period.
* Done Grid commitioning of turbines and performed Generation trail till achieving full load of turbine and HOTO with O&M.
*Operation and Mintenance of 2150MW INOX RD 93,100,113 Turbine series.
*Utilized technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issue in DFIG WTG.
*Collaborated with the team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of WTG.
*Maintain records and daily log book of error and breakdown of turbine at the site.
*Scheduling and executing of preventive maintenance Planing of WTG.
*Preventive Maintenance and ensuring healthiness of power panel, DFIG Panel,control panel,Hub Panel, All the drives, Generator and Gear Box Slip Ring, Illumination system, Cooling System, FT sensor (WIND SENSOR).
*Monitoring and controlling Wind Turbine through SCADA system at central monitoring station.
* Worked at Preventive maintenence, Breakdown,Temperature related issues, GCU Unit instability and power curve analysis of special wtg series of INOX i.e. 3.3MW PROTOTYPE.
* Operation & Maintenance of SUZLON"S 1250MW WTG based on one of the oldest MITA TEKNIK control systems
* Preventive Maintenence for the Half yearly and Annual maintenance as per Company"s standard checklist.
*Utilized technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issue in WTG.
*Maintain records of error and breakdown of machine at the site.
*Fault analysis with minimum time and reduce the breakdown time.
*Monitoring and controlling Wind Turbine through SCADA system at central monitoring station.
*Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Generation Report and Down Time Report regarding generation & breakdowns (DGR,DTR,WGR, and MGR).
*Maintain and know use of safety and health related equipment.
*Prepare MTBF report and Attend weekly MTBF meeting.
*Preparing material requisition notes & material consumption statement as per material available at store.
*Collaborated with the team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of WTG.
* Attended MBD"S Like Yaw Drive replacement work, Fluid coupling replacement work etc.
*Measuring the function of Operations and Troubleshooting of (Battery Charger, Battery Bank, Slip ring, UPS,Generator, Power Panel, Gear Box, Frequency Convertor, MPCB, MCB, ACB) etc.
