  • Financial Oversight: Monitor the liquidation of stock to ensure timely payments to financiers and improve overall dealership profitability.
3. Customer & Market Focus
  • Customer Experience: Implement and monitor Service Satisfaction Index (SSI) processes. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and track feedback to prevent recurrence.
  • Market Intelligence: Regularly capture and escalate market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer requirements, and product feedback, to the relevant internal teams.
  • Value-Added Services: Drive sales of non-vehicle revenue streams, such as extended warranties, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and accessories, to improve total dealership profitability.
4. People & Capability Development
  • Training: Identify training needs for the dealer sales team and conduct sessions on new product features, sales techniques, and standard operating procedures.
