• Key Responsibilities :
• Implemented train to trainer programs, enhancing knowledge and improving their training skills.
• Trainings -Basis on the training leads, schedule monthly training for entire division.
• To implement all the NSDC guidelines in training content making and to ensure training delivery across country as well.
• Closely worked with agency to ensure that all the content should be in compliance with CSR , works on training contents.
• Ensured compliance with all CSR conducting regular inspection of training setups & offering training courses
• To interact with dealers, contractors and internal stakeholders to get the insights for new course requirements & sourcing new participants.
• To organize naaka meets also to get the nominations and to spread the awareness about the academy.
• Work to make relationship with NGO working in empowerment for sourcing the new participants.
• To make proposals for new academy, recce the suitable location & supervision during construction.
• Schedule trainings of all the trainers to build their training capability
• Expense management and regular review.
• Coordinated with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Recruited, interviewed and hired employees.

Key responsibilities:

• To assist the sales team on technical parameter in pitching product to the clients
• complaint handing and to organize trainings for applicators and contractors as well
• To develop some demonstrable kits against competitive product to prove the superior quality of AP products.
• 3 stage site visits during pre-painting to inspect the surface for painting fitness and product recommendations.
• During paintings -To validate the application and team trainings and work status report sharing with client, contractor & sales team.
• Post painting-to inspect and validate for paintings on all quality parameters.
• Coordination with R&T and Brand team.

Key responsibilities:

• Keep supervision on the complete process start from raw material premixing zone to extruding, grinding & finally packaging of the approved material. Stage level testing:
• Extruding-shade matching and parallel testing for dust, impact and finish of the product.
• Grinding-Final shade approval, finish & impact testing.
• Equipment handled -Spectrophotometer, Particle size analyser, salt spray test, DFT meter, weather-O- meter & Scan-O-Lite etc. . . .
