● Responsible for checking the accuracy of the claims submitted by CAs and forwarding them to Accounts department for releasing the payment
● Company any event (Aadhar IITF) available stock for timely coordination to dispatch.
● Ensure both inventory should be match if any discrepancy it should be match after taken the approval from the management.
● Implementation of FIFO/LIFO & Batch Management principle for dispatches.
● Managing the operation of materials movement, tracking the status of “inward & outward” of materials, pending requisition & pending dispatches, breakage or damage materials.
● Part of the team in the negotiation with the Transport Vendors for best possible rates, locating direct vehicles with direct delivery having least transit time.
● Operation and administration of the warehouse as per audit guidelines of the company and follow up implementation of new systems
