Key Achievements:

• Worked on an Executive level dashboard for cost saving insights. This dashboard generated insights to function and process level saving targets and the current status against the business goals, which further helped them to take required actions to reach to the desired results and achieve yearly goals.
• Built a transition dashboard for a major client, helping the leadership to track the current process status, with respect to resource hiring, process trainings, SOP status, applications access status for new team members. This dashboard demonstrated overall process health and at a glance gives you overview of the current process status.
• Developed attrition dashboard for client, giving insights about attrition % monthly and yearly, stating major contributing reasons for attrition, function and process wise attrition, showing data for possible attrition cases and attrition in Pipeline. This dashboard helped management to identify possible retention case and reduce the attrition % and also prepare contingency plan.
