  • Responsible for generating challans for P.F., E.S.I.C., P.T., and L.W.F and tracking timely payment to the authorities.
  • Statutory Remittance P.F / E.S.I / P.T / Gratuity / Superannuation.
  • Responsible for the Exit Formalities which includes Exit Interviews, Exit Checklists, Farewell, NOC etc.
  • Processing claims for PF withdrawals, transfers, advances, and resolving employee queries concerning PF accounts.
  • Maintain the different Mediclaim Policies like GMP, Personal Accident, Workmen Compensation Policy etc.
  • Performing insurance claims, such as ESIC or other insurance, in accordance with the applicable requirements. Also to maintain records in registers for the same.
  • Deal with employee grievances and resolve them using the Grievance Handling Policy.
  • Responsible for employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognitions, etc.
  • Participate and aid in the administration of the festival celebration, event management, and meeting management.
  • Identify potential risks related to labor compliance by assessing future business ventures.
  • Experience in conducting compliance gap assessments and implementing appropriate controls to address the gaps.
  • Maintain the registers in accordance with DISH and Liaisoning with Govt. authorities/ Local bodies like Factory Inspector, PF Officers, ESIC Officers, LWF Advisors, Apprentice Advisors etc.
  • Responsible for Labour Law compliance like Minimum Wages Act, Shop & establishment Act, Maternity Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration Act, LWF & other act which are applicable as per law as well as yearly, half yearly returns submission to concern department.
