Chat Support Specialist
- To help user to fix their system issue remotely via chat
- Team co-ordination Creation and documentation of the ticket
- Taking follow up with user regarding the issue for the resolution
- Ensure to assist user with correct and sufficient information on chat
- Responsibilities: Coordination with different teams and clients for resolving issues related to the application, involved in 24/7 on-chat support for the Production environment and chat support.
- Remotely participant in responding to inquiries and issues live client demos and training session.
- Maintain support documentation - Standard Reporting, Knowledge base.
- Provide meaningful analysis of issues back to users and provide timely update for any on-going problems
