  • Highest efficiency delivered through automation in Change Enablement - Collaborated with multiple teams (i.e- Automation,Service Desk,Problem Management) in the development of NGSD change ticket creation for PEW changes and alarm suppression which gives 360 degree view to stakeholders with ~12 TLR saving and ~160k TLC saving and reduced ~50k proactive alerts since 2020.
  • I have played a key role in Model Office introduction and customer transition.
  • Introduced model Office governance through Incident caused by change analysis and failed change analysis. YoY trend of failed change and incident caused by change has been reduced to almost Zero.
  • Successfully transformed some standard Model Office customer into enhanced support model like. Volkswagen, Stellantis etc.
  • Established a BID process tracking and validation by creating Share Point front door.
  • Multiple PEW transformations with Product Line and Service Enablement team.
  • Established product onboarding process for PEW.
  • Resolved the PEW distribution list issue through a front process set up on Share Point for Ex Global and Ex Enterprise customers with help of John Child and his wider team.
  • Achieved ~95% success rate and reduced ~2FTE effort in PEW impact list validation by introducing Robotic Process Automation for circuit validation tasks.
