Process Name : CEI_SpecielityClaim

Project Description: The scope of the process is to extract the claim details from the Smartsheet into an excel file and fill in the claim details in the CEI application. The robot will verify any claim made in the last 30 days with the same VIN. If the claim is not created, the robot will continue to create the claim, filling in the remaining details in the various sheets in the CEI application. To process a record, a robot needs to fill in about 200 fields in 40 pages in the CEI application. The robot updates the status on the Smartsheet after processing the end- to-end record. The robot selects the next record.

Project Description: The scope of process automation is to get the details from the Smartsheet into an excel file and fill in the details in the relevant template and send the mail to the end-user. We have 8 types of reports and 15 types of templates. We have saved all the template formats in the corresponding process shared drive folder. The robot selects files from the template folder based on country type and report type. The robot updates the template based on available data and sends mail to the end user. The robot updates the status on the Smartsheet and selects the next record.

Project Description: The scope of process automation is to retrieve details from the input excel file and fill in the details in the mainframe using the terminal emulator commands. The robot verifies the data, and the bot skips that record if there are no mandatory fields. If all is well, the bot will update the details in the mainframe and verify the status. Finally, the bot updates status and continues with the subsequent records.
