The Project was to primarily to enhance and maintain Mobile Banking app functionalities along with maintaining UPI/IMPS payment systems.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing product backlog, creating and accepting user stories.
• Led a cross-functional team comprised of internal employees and external contractors.
• Led the building, maintenance and re/prioritizing the product backlog into stories for implementation based on user value and time.
• Gathered Business team requirements and conducted continuous evaluations to make proactive enhance to the Mobile banking App.
• Facilitated release planning, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Creating tasks and writing stories in JIRA.
• Identify and remediate impediments and defects that could delay demo and delivery of the user stories/release.
• Provide detail reports to management on the status of Sprint including status of burn down of tasks,defects and velocity.

• Collected Business team requirements and conducted continuous evaluations to make proactive enhance to the MIS reports.
• Collaborated with Business, development,testing and support teams to launch new reports on time.
• Coordinated project planning and execution with team members and all the teams involved.
• Collaborated to all the stake holders to meet with regulatory requirements, fix the bus and comply with VAPT reports.

• Maintained application uptime in line with organization standards by inspecting the application reports on regular intervals and planning necessary changes at regular intervals.
• Collected Business team requirements and conducted continuous evaluations to make proactive enhance to the NEFT/RTGS systems.
• Collaborated with Business, development,testing and support teams to Migrate to NGRTGS system.
• Coordinated project planning and execution with team members and all the teams involved.
• Prioritized roadmap in order to achieve product goals and metrics.
• Collaborated to all the stake holders to meet with regulatory requirements, fix the bus and comply with VAPT reports.
