Have knowledge in PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Statutory Compliances.
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
Generating different types of Monthly MIS report Attendance report, Leave Status reports.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation.

Maintain and updating the daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports HR files and employee information in various reports.
Maintaining up to date all factory license's and Permissions.
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
First of all, greeting visitors and guiding them to the relevant office/personnel.
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, hotels and handle travel logistics
Monitoring office supplies and ordering and distributing new supplies as needed.
Maintain contact lists and Maintaining databases and office operations.
Manage office facilities, equipment and supplies.
To maintain the canteen, transport, facilities, Building & Infrastructure management.
administration work - office stationary, followups for regular plant cleanliness, repairs and maintenance etc.
