  • Using the SAP R/3, SAP ECC 6.0, and SAP S/4HANA environments, transactions like IH06, IH08, IA09, IP16, and IP18 are used for viewing existing maintenance plans and task list structures.
  • Defining a new task list with frequency, modifying/building a new maintenance craft procedure (MCP) if required, and resource plan and special tools requirement.
  • Defining a new maintenance plan with a task list group and group counter; use the existing maintenance plan if available, by changing the resource requirement.
  • Review the prepared data with the Asset and Function team by discipline-wise.
  • Using the in-house quality procedure for validating and quality checking of the data prepared by the discipline engineers.
  • Prepare the delivery template as per SAP requirements, and raise the Z6 notification to upload the data.
    CIMS
  • Identification of Equipment Tag No from PEFS Drawing, line list, isometric drawing, and General Arrangement drawing.
  • Assigning the correct equipment type and design code for each piece of equipment.
