• Developed an airline application as part of the Reservation-API team, focusing on post-reservation activities.
• Managed travel details disclosure and data retention for customer journeys.
• Handled various services including My-trip-service and Open-API, coordinating with rebooking, reward upgrade, refund, and itinerary cancellation services.

Key Services:

• My-trip-service (SOAP):PFR (Provide Flight Reservation): Interfaces with Amadeus GDS to retrieve flight details, availability, pricing, and reservations.
  LFR (List Flight Reservation): Lists all flight reservations for a user with detailed information.
  UFR (Update Flight Reservation): Allows users to update passenger information.
  
• Rebooking-Eligibility (REST): Facilitated rebooking without additional charges through comprehensive scenario handling and policy compliance.
• Reward-Upgrade-Eligibility (REST): Managed ticket upgrades using frequent flyer miles and loyalty rewards, prioritizing high-status passengers.

MAS Automation for Turbo Engine Manufacturing

Description:

• Automated critical steps in manufacturing for a major automobile turbo engine manufacturer in South India.
• Developed end-to-end from user requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and documentation.

Major Modules:

• Machine Parts Stock Keeping: Synced with third-party ERP systems and managed stock feeds.
• Leak Tester: Measured air leakage in turbo engines and updated the Decision Manager System.
• Decision Manager: Assessed leak scores to determine unit processing.
• Barcode Marker: Marked unique barcodes using laser beams.
• Barcode Reader: Automatically read and saved barcodes.
• Report Generation: Created integrated quality reports with PDF and Excel export.
