  • Welcome customers, answer phone calls, take orders, field customer inquiries and provide information to customers via mail, calls and text
  • Maintain, inventory, and update customer records, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone numbers, and payment history
  • Develop relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs. They maintain these relationships through follow-ups, offering complementary products, and updating customers on new offerings
