I worked earlier in Telecom BSS/OSS domain with combination of experience in managing Software Development, Support and Managed Services. Led a substantial offshore team of 350+ members, I have overseen comprehensive managed service operations & Delivery in India. I have experience in managing Customer Support function for managed services clients coupled with software development and managing high availability IT solutions.
