Technical Contract Remedies and Incentives.

• Received $XX million worth of credits by performing a deep dive analysis into the purchase and repair spend, and by reconciling datasets to gauge the supplier's contractual obligations.
• SME - Supplier performance analysis: simplification and streamlining of the current process to enhance accuracy and efficiency by creating dashboards and datasets for a better overview.
• SPOC for liquidated damages and remedies for repair orders to mitigate risk. Proactively communicate with the suppliers regarding delayed orders, and meticulously document, escalate issues, and secure appropriate remedies by factoring in the financial implications and long-term supplier relationships.
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports, and present them to leadership during quarterly town halls.

Contract Margin Review Analyst.

• Perform monthly and quarterly reviews, QBRs, ownership, and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts and warranty claims through SAP.
• Perform Contract Margin Review (CMR), restate the operating margin, perform variance analysis, and depict the health of long-term revenue accounting contracts year on year using SmartPrice and Clearview tools.
• Maintain proper cost booking under respective contracts, and maintain the flow of invoices from IBS and SAP. Compare forecast data with actual data, and create deferred balance reports and balance sheet reviews.

Fleet Management and Diagnostics.

• Perform data analytics, remote diagnostics, and data management for GE Aviation SPOC to control, troubleshoot, and manage clients' highly confidential data to ensure the integrity and continuous flow of data.
• Setting up and integrating new airline operators into the GE database by creating message definitions.
• Prepare monthly performance reports through Salesforce, and present them to leadership to evaluate the efficiency of the team.
