· Implemented Remote operation of RIL CBM Gas Gathering Station-10 to operate Well sites and Gas gathering stations through remote monitoring and control from the central control room, which helped to manage uninterrupted operations during the COVID-19 pandemic (2020), completed GGS-11 & 12 in 2023.

· Completed Step Up to Group Level Leader, a flagship transition capability building programme focusing on building ‘ready now' leaders for the next level roles (2023).

· Initiated and Implemented Auto operation of Gas Engine Driven Compressors at RGPL CS01. (2016)

· Represented East-West Pipeline operations during the British Safety Council audit 2012 for the Safety Sword award and achieved it.

· Over the last few years, added accredited/certified learning and certification in 20 + key areas, including Technology and people /self-management.
