• Subject Mater Expert in MIS delivered complex financial reporting and analytics projects in separation of DuPont's Material Science division.
• Led Open workflow project, streamlining operations and resolving 2500 open workflows within 3 months , thereby enhancing collaboration and communication between buyers, site contacts, purchasing, and vendor teams which resulted in decrease of Overall Time to Pay to 45 days from 60 days.
• Validated financial data like Vendor Accounts, Bank Accounts, Cost Centre accounts and Accounts Payable Legal entity wise accounts between different SAP Target (Milan) and source systems(DuPont).

Agriculture Division of DuPont :-

• Transformed data into actionable insights. Crafted interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI, making key performance indicators (KPIs) like payment performance, processing times and account payables crystal clear.
• Ensured business units / Treasury Departments had foresight they needed to make strategic financial decisions by providing forecast analysis by volume and spend.
• Streamlined procure-to-pay process, eliminating need for 3 full-time equivalents (FTEs) of manual labor. Spearheaded projects like rejection analysis, workflow resolution, duplicate payment detection, low-dollar invoice automation, and working capital optimization.

• Transformed data from various sources to build data visualizations, KPI's and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders that supported decision-making.
