1. Sales management system:

The existing legacy sales management system is very old and lacks performance during peak hours and its architecture is not scalable. Tasked to build the same system with a new technology in scalable architecture that allows accommodating future business opportunities with limited enhancements to the current functionality. The key modules of the application were that manage portfolio and team, order management and business intelligence reports (Tableau) and role based access to view sales data and performance of the field force.

Responsibilities:

• Following Agile Scrum Development methodology to develop the system in new age technologies (JavaScript and Mongo DB).
• Engage with the sales managers and sales heads to review UI/UX (Wire-frame), and discuss Modules/Epics in detail to gather requirements as per the business needs.
• Participate/Collaborate with the business team to prioritize the requirements.
• Manage Requirement Backlog (Develop & maintain) of the assigned scrum team
• Prioritize Epics/Features for application. Break down Epics/Features into multiple stories and work with the development team to ensure the application deadlines on track.
• Documenting the Requirements & reviewing the acceptance criteria of User Stories, Test Cases , Activity, and Sequence Diagrams and track requirements using Jira.
• Provide Data Mapping from SQL to make the migration successful without any data loss.
• Create process flow diagrams to explain the complex business process to dev team.
• Conducting Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Story Walkthrough, and story point .
• Actively participate in/run the daily scrum to know team progress and to identify/resolve impediments and eliminate the ambiguity for requirements contained in the current development sprint for developers.
• Perform functional and regression testing, including user acceptance (UAT) testing.
• Participate/Conduct the Sprint review and retrospective meetings to discuss development risks, perform analysis, and recommend mitigation.
• Manage ongoing communications between the business team and scrum teams and other business stakeholders.
• Performing Gap analysis to define as is and to be processed. Suggesting changes to the development team.
• Manage change requests related to working sprint plans daily to meet the agreed deadline.
• Improved business direction by prioritizing customers and implementing changes based on collected feedback.
• Conducted interviews with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements.

PROJECTS

1. Clinical Trial Management System:

Build a consolidated platform that supports activities of start-to-end stages of clinical trials. The CTMS was built in old technologies and which doesn't support upgrading to the newer technologies. Worked on a project to consolidate the multiple applications functionality into one, make enhancements and provide role-based access to effectively plan, manage, and track clinical study portfolios and centralizes all trial and study data, standardizes and streamlines workflows, and tracks and optimizes site, participant, investigator, and trial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Worked in Agile (Kanban) Development framework to build the consolidated platform in digital transformation.
• Collaborate with Internal R&D teams to gather requirements, comprehend, analyze, and customize them to the client's business needs and development teams.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis using UML, Flow Charts, Context Diagrams, etc.
• Prioritize requirements by creating Wireframes
• Backlog maintenance and planning Sprints
• Created Wireframes to prioritize needs using UML, Use Cases, Flow Charts, and Context Diagrams, among other tools.
• Assist business consultants with the preparation of scope and vision documents, as well as other materials
• Participate in daily scrum meetings
• Participate in Iteration and conduct Sprint review and retrospective meeting

2. Patient Recruitment and Retention portal:

Worked on a project to build a patient Recruitment portal to streamline patient recruitment for all types of clinical trials supporting multiple therapy studies in the internal R&D department with key modules patient engage, data capture, enrolment, pre-screen patient education, pre-development access points. The solution provides minimal hand holding, better metrics, and improved analytical capabilities for decision-making studies.

Responsibilities:

• Worked in a Waterfall development framework to build the application.
• Conducted requirement gathering sessions with business teams to gather requirements and understood and document (BRD& FRD)
• Acted as a key resource and communicated effectively with internal stakeholders, technical leads, and management to regularly report on status, issues, and risks.
• Prepared Business flow diagrams to explain the various scenarios
• Involved in Preparing Estimation/Effort for each process.
• Performed Quality Assurance(QA) tests for all developments and raise potential issues to resolve
• Confirmed timely and qualitative closure of all digitization projects by working closely with the service delivery team.
• Documentation of enhancement requests and refinement of the enhancement for the identified change.
• Preparation of business metrics and reports on various segments for client and leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Worked with the field force and sales managers to analyze the sales applications and suggest changes to implement them.
• Provided training to sales teams on usage new application
• Supported business in preparing Scope and Vision Documents , and other documents ( BRD, FRD, RFP, RFI's) for various portal for doctors and patients
• Prepare Wireframes, Process flow diagrams for easy understanding expected functionality.
• Conduct meetings with business to provide progress updates and get clarifications for queries raised by dev team.
• Perform Regression, UAT to make sure solution working as expected before delivering to the clients
• Co-Ordinated with technical team to discuss the requirements, gather effort estimates, and negotiate the cost to align with client's budget.
• Developed and maintained a good relationship with clients and the internal tech team.
