To collect personal, behavioral, medical, activity schedule and other
relevant details of client/patient (including Dietary /drinking/smoking habits
and cuisine preferences) through the Health and Habit Analysis prior to planning diabetic management / Any medical diet planning.
• To ensure the client has understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the program satisfactorily before initiating the
program.
To onboard the patient / client to the app and monitor daily according to the logs, and make them active in the respective groups.
