In Patna Smart City Project as Project Manager (Application Development– Solid Waste Management), my primary responsibility included managing, assisting & guiding application development team in the development process for SWM Application software.

Worked closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, coordinated with development teams to ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones. Integrated multi-vendor IOT sensors & GPS devices with the application software as per the requirement of urban local body.
