Digital Transformation Program : I have managed one of the key strategic Digital Transformation program for the bank. Here as per the organization strategy they aim to overhaul the existing core banking application running in Middle East region to the next strategic digital solution in line with the organizational road map. This aims to simplify the core banking footprint by clustering singular instances of core banking application running in multiple countries in MENA region to one instance thereby helping in better management of the application and easier upgrades. I am playing a role for Delivery Lead managing the overall governance of the program along with a team of PM’s & PMO. This was a large program of size more than USD 40 Mil and 2.5 years duration.

 

Portfolio & Deployment Manager : I have played the role of senior portfolio and deployment manager for MENA Payments & GLCM team responsible for managing the complete portfolio of USD 20 Mil comprising of Order Book Management, Stakeholder Management & Projects delivery for 3 years. 

Divestiture Project : I was the program manager for one of the banks most strategic divestiture program. This was a unique experience as it was very strategic in nature & had to be done very stealthily, swiftly and on time considering the nature and the stakeholder involved. This project was a big success and we managed to complete the entire rollout in record 6 months’ time with not post release issues.

Electronic Bill Payment : I had successfully program managed deployment of new electronic bill payment system for Egypt back in 2011 when it was relatively new concept in market. It involved creation of new interface between the Banks exiting customer facing application like Internet Banking, ATM with the 3rd party Central Bank service provider which in turn was connected to Utility Bill Payment Companies.
