Pioneer Packaging is a fully automatic 5 ply Corrugation Plant, with a high speed Boardline of 250 mpm by Hsei Hsu, with 2 Bobst 8.20 FFG line, 1 Bobst Eterna and a 4 colour Juffing for conversion. At present, we are converting around 3200 metric tons per month. Here, I am Solely responsible for complete Plant Operations and Management. My roles and Responsibilities are elaborated below:

• Managed complete plant operations with on time deliveries.
• Ensured all departments functions to there optimized level.
• Ensured right quality of product is sustained during its complete manufacturing process. by help of a close watch of QC team.
• Conducted training and review meetings with all departments. to keep team up to date for all new challenges.
• Ensured costing of each item, in order to maintain profitability of plant.
• Introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time.
• Increased overall company efficiency by streamlining operations and implementing innovative managerial strategies.

• Managed direction and planning for corrugated plant with focus on optimization of daily functions, exceeding customer expectations and achieving KPIs.
• Created training program with focus on increasing productivity and production quality to achieve higher production and reduced labor costs and tighter control points.
• Provided direction and leadership to all levels of employees and managers.
• Maintained quality of product with robust inspections and assessment team.
• Optimized processes to maximize efficiency.

Additional to my working as Plant Head, I solely established a new packaging unit for Laxmi Narayan group, named as Laxmi Narayan Corrugated Boards LLP having an installed capacity of converting 3000 metric tons. Here I played role in Machine selection, area finalization, plant lay outing, Civil construction and fabrication, complete installation of machineries and its startup. The installed Board line was of 5 ply from Xinguang with designed speed of 200 mpm and web size of 2200 mm. The processing was done by BOBST FFG 8.20, which had a designed speed of 18000 boxes per hour

Above all, my functional areas were as follows:

• Increase Productivity of all units by continuous improvement it process controls.
• Ensures good balance sheet every year by increasing production, reducing extra expenditures, and optimizing cost of production.
• Ensures costing of each and every product with MIS team to maintain and increase profitability of organization.
• Maintain quality of product as per customer's given standards and specifications through QC team by regularized inspections.
• Ensures to obtain maximum productivity from all machines and manpower through various methods like weekly Audits, monthly reviews, training and Validations.
• Ensure all employees follow safety protocols.
• Adherence to all factory acts as per Government Norms.
• Assure that all departments run under their given SOP's without any deviations.
• Encourage maintenance of proper discipline, administration, cleanliness and Hygiene in plants by applying 5S.
• Implemented SAP (FINSYS) in 2019.

• Enabled correct Raw Material (Paper combination) for every job.
• Ensured maximum productivity and production of plant.
• Ensured maximum utilization of machines and manpower.
• Maintained quality of product as per customer specification.
• Reduced wastage percentage below decided target.
• Conserved paper consumption percentage at its required level by restricting flow of over GSM.
• Encouraged maintenance of proper Hygiene, neatness and cleanliness within factory premises.

• Prepared preventive and periodic maintenance checklists to reduce breakdown percentage.
• Prepared daily checklist for all machines before their start up and after stops.
• Made several projects like recycling of condensed water, conversion of diesel dryer into steam operating, Reducing diesel cost by minimizing electrical loads on DG,
• Converted 3 ply board line into 5 ply automatic board line with in-House team.
• Increased Web size of single facer from 1300 mm to 1600 mm with In-House team.
• Increased line speed of board plant from 40 mpm to 100 mpm with In-House team.
