- Working on products like, Valsartan,Losartan,Olmesartan,Candesartan,Telmesartan,Sitagliptine,Rasagiline,Nebivolol,Ticagrelol,Venlafexine,Indomethacine,Lenvatinibe,Lercanidipine,etc.. Also Azide impurities in Olmesartan product like, Nitrile Azide, Trityl Azide, Destrityl Azide, KSM-II Destrityl Azide, trityl chloride and trityl alcohol.
- Analysis of Nitrosoamin impurity in Raw materials, Solvents, Intermediate, API and Tablet. Also Prepare analytical method and Method development report for API and Tablet.
- Support to Plant activities like Development and validation of product and give intimation and Demo to Plant
- Review of documents receives from vendor.
- Procure Standards, Impurities, column, chemical, spares and other accessories as per requirement.
- Followed all GDPs and GLPs norms during analysis and sample preparation as well as mobile phase preparation. Strictly follow 21CFR and cGMP.
- Calibration of LCMS and UPLC.
