Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead business analysis and digital transformation initiatives across internal AI and automation platforms including IntelPulse, AdInspect, BEATFlow, Edge, and Agent Fleet.
• Translate complex business needs into structured documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FSDs), Product Requirements (PRDs), User Stories, and UAT scripts, ensuring alignment between product, design, engineering, and QA teams.
• Lead Agile delivery across all products: manage Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives using JIRA, Confluence, and Pendo to prioritize and deliver features on time.
• Drive full-cycle RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions in UI Path, designing workflows for RAW file ingestion, data transformation, and report generation, improving process efficiency and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with RPA engineers to design and optimize process maps using Lucidchart, validating automation flows and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Support API integration efforts by contributing to technical documentation and functional validation using Swagger and Postman.
• Partner with UX teams to review and refine wireframes in Figma, ensuring front-end design consistency with business requirements and usability standards.
• Deliver product demos and facilitate stakeholder presentations, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment during UAT cycles and pre-release phases.
