Project - WECHARGE

It is an EV charging management application that aggregates data from various charging providers into a unified platform.It supports real-time station discovery, authentication, and secure payment processing for users.The platform leverages microservices architecture, API integrations, and cloud technologies to ensure scalability and reliability.

Key Contributions -

1.Developed and maintained automation scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber (BDD/Gherkin).

2.Built and executed end-to-end automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid) and integrated with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and regression suites.

3.Performed API testing using REST API and Postman, and verified backend integrations and data flows.

4.Independently led and onboarded a team of 4–5 testers, driving efficient testing operations.

5.Designed, executed, and maintained manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

6.Conducted field testing of electric vehicle charging systems using the charging app to validate real-world functionality.

7.Collaborated closely with developers, product owners, and analysts to identify defects early and ensure high-quality deliverables.

8.Tracked and managed defects in JIRA, participated in peer reviews, and mentored junior QA team members on manual and automation testing best practices.

Project - NARS,Shisheido , Clé de Peau Beauté.

These are global luxury beauty and cosmetics brands.
Their e-commerce platforms are built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), leveraging SFRA architecture, server-side JavaScript, and ISML templates.
The systems integrate with OCAPI/REST services, payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure to support scalable, high-performance online shopping experiences.

Key Contributions -

1.Designed, reviewed, and executed test cases, bug reporting, and defect tracking.

2.Compiled daily and weekly status reports to enhance communication during scrums and align team efforts with company standards.

3. Wrote high-quality test cases and scripts for use with Selenium automation tool(BDD,GitHub,Jenkins)

4. Tested integration of the application with various interfaces such as CyberSource, Paypal, Afterpay, Applepay, Brandify, Power Reviews, Sterling, etc.

5. Performed functional, integration, system, sanity, Rest API testing, regression testing, etc.

6.Supported product managers and development teams across phases of testing from planning to execution, troubleshooting and reporting within high-volume, agile environment.

7.Conducted root cause analyses on critical defects, recommending improvements to prevent future occurrences.

These are global brands operating large-scale e-commerce platforms for consumer and retail products.
These platforms are built on enterprise solutions including Magento and Kibo (Kibo Commerce), supporting product catalog management, order processing, and digital storefronts.
The systems leverage JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure, along with third-party services and database management to ensure scalability, performance, and seamless user experience.

Key Contributions-

1.Prepared daily and weekly status reports according to company standards and attended daily scrums.

2.Worked on automation script creation using Selenium Webdriver.

3.Test Case Creation: Design, Develop, Document, Execute and Maintain test cases and scripts to ensure that the project deliverable meets the project requirements and product specifications.

4.Verification & Validation: Verify and validate software deliverables, follow testing procedures and prepare test reports.

5.Defect & Incident Communication: Ensure that the defects and requirement variances are being appropriately communicated to development for correction.

6.Ensured seamless integration with third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay).
