Roles and responsibility:
Currently leading Digital team for Claims, Disputes and Fraud Operations. This feature enable customers to dispute and report a fraudulent and non fraudulent transactions. CDFO Digital feature is responsible for Digital intake of dispute and claim and passing to downstream for further processing. Once the dispute/claim is created customer can see the progress through status tracker.
· Responsible for Delivery of Book of work(BOW) for each release for my team.I am involved right from requirement analysis to post production support of any BOW.
· Mentoring the team to complete the project on time with high quality deliverable.
· Resource allocation and hiring process
· Take care of any roadblock/impedance faced by the team by either coordinating with other team or providing technical guidance.
· I was SPOC for one of the OKR where in we focused in reducing the cost of application by first analyzing the various existing cost and identify the area of reducing the cost and work with application team to implement the same.
· Presented an idea as part of innovation mindset.Idea received India CTO sponsorship
and currently in discussion with Business for implementation feasibility.
· Identified couple of jobs which could be decommissioned .Worked with SME and business to implement the same and it resulted in around 72K saving and removal of
around 30K line of code.
· Part of Reward and Recognition review panel and play active role in each quarter in
ensuring that good work is recognized at individual/team level
· Managing resources for the project and assigning task team to complete the project in a short period to achieve organization goals.
· Understanding the project requirement and providing the design solution to meet the requirement.
· Assigning the modules to other team mate based on the resource capability to finish the project on time.
· Review the code change and test result done by developers,Debugging defect and providing quick solution for the same.
· Interact with various teams like FE, middleware, tester, BA to have end to end knowledge of project as well as monitor the completion of project till the end.
· Preparing presentation ,showcasing team work and presenting the same
to the management
· Analyse the requirement, interacting with onsite coordinator for
clarification and preparing design to meet the requirement.
· Assigning tasks to team members and explaining the change needed.
Removing any impediment that hinders team progress.
· Coding and testing the changes in some complex modules once design is
finalized.
· Monitor progress and ensure that the project stays on track.
· Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality,enforce coding standards
and best practices.
· Ensure that testing, including unit testing and integration testing, is thorough.
Address and resolve defects and issues promptly.
To analyse and identify minimum number of fields required to support all
the existing functionality in order status without impacting performance.
• To prepare high level design and low level design for implementing
multiple views in order status and promoting modules to different test
region.
• To Prepare test plan, test case, identify defect and fix them and To
coordinate with front end during integration testing.
