• Prepare and distribute DW salaries.
• Calculate and process overtime payments.
• Handle employee separations and settlement of accounts.
• Prepare and distribute annual bonuses.
• Managing employee’s Medical insurance.
· Ensuring compliance audit and labour laws.
• Ensure compliance with EPFO regulations, including returns and addressing worker problems with appropriate remedies.
• Manage PF withdrawal forms, KYC updates, and tracking progress.
• Assist with accounts audits by preparing and organizing necessary data.
• Prepare data for inspections and ensure accuracy.
• Conduct ISO audit training and prepare evaluation reports.
• Manage data preparation for social audits.
