About the Project :-

The Saudi Water Authority regulates activities and services related to water operations, oversees them, and develops methodologies that contribute to achieving the objectives of the National Water Strategy in line with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030.

Finding innovative solutions and sustainable technologies that enhance the pioneering role in providing a sustainable and safe water supply for generations in the long term, while adhering to occupational safety and health, preserving ecosystems, contributing to the quality of life, supporting energy efficiency, and addressing the global challenge of reducing carbon emissions. The main goal is to provide a reliable, unconventional, and sustainable water source, taking into account environmental protection and the responsible use of natural resources for a better, sustainable future for future generations.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Consulting and Solution Design - Involved in the solution design and configuration of the Unifier system as per the clients' needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - On-site and offshore consultant responsible for the configuration of Cost Control BPs, Cost Manager Module, Project Delivery Module BPs, etc.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing - Preparation of training documents and conducting UATs required for the go-live task.
  • Major focus on rolling out an enterprise solution for Portfolio and Project Lifecycle Management, Cost Management, Resource Management, Document Management, and Schedule Management.
  • Client Deliverables - Expertise in documenting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, and non-functional specifications.

The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' was established in 2004 as an independent body responsible for the design, construction, delivery, and management of the assets of infrastructure projects and public buildings in Qatar.
