• Globally led a comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program, identifying and resolving 125 process issues spanning reporting, booking methodology, and client behavior, significantly improving operational stability.

FX Confirmations/Settlements & OTC Derivatives Cash Management

• FX Settlements lead, partnering & Collaborating daily and directly with clients, Global Middle Offices, Finance, Cash Management & Technology, enabling time & accurate settlements.
• Led a team of 11 FTE and conducted performance reviews to achieve targets on FX operations KRIs and performance metrics.
• Manage nostro Account liquidity for Derivatives Cash Settlement accounts to ensure seamless settlements.
• Handled CLS/CCIL & RTGS payments for interbank and corporate clients. Furnished and reported client outstanding, cancelled, and utilized data at month-end. Reconciled sales books with systems, liaised with traders and sales to resolve discrepancies.
• Exceptional Focus and accurate regulatory reporting viz, CASS (Client Money), Reg-W & Sox.
• Faced audits independently and collaborated with legal and compliance teams to drive a productivity agenda and deliver efficiency savings through innovation.
