Accomplishments
- Successfully installation & run of 2 nos 500KW ventilation fan in Underground at Mochia & Baroi Mines.
- Successfully study & planning of long-term ventilation for Zawar unit & started the implementation.
- Successfully done of 576m of Raise boring at Balaria Mines to make intake raise.
- Successfully done several raises at Zawar & improve mine ventilation at all four mines of Zawar.
- Successful Charging & Blasting of both Up-holes & Down holes by Emulsion at RAM from Orica Site in charge.
- Proven record of high-speed development at underground mines by improving Pull Factor upto 96% with good profile at Mahagiri mines.
- Complete replacing of traditional Electric detonator to Nonel to avoid misfire & better pull factor at Mahagiri mines.
- Shaft Sinking up to 10m in a month & 60m in a year with all shaft lining done manually at Mahagiri mines.
- Successfully lowered the shaft landing platform to manpower hoisting from bottom levels at Mahagiri mines.
- Successfully make & run a 2000cum capacity sump in underground at Mahagiri Mines.
- Successfully arrange to collect the cleaned seepage water in underground & use for drilling water to avoid filter jamming of drilling machines at Mahagiri mines.
- Zero serious /Fatal injury during my tenure at different locations.
- Leading the Production blasting crew by planning, drilling & generate chrome ore to achieve the production targets as I/C Stope at Mahagiri Mines from Open cast as well as from Underground mines.
- Successfully deployment of Man & machineries in underground mines as well as in Open cast Mines.
