  • Ensure Smooth Operation and Maintenance / Calibration of CMM & Software (Faro , Power Inspect , PC-DMIS metrology software 2023.2
  • Incoming inspection planning and sampling define
  • Making usage decision and follow up disposition of incoming material
  • Verification of incoming inspection and testing requirement as per BIS applicable standard
  • Carrying out the measurements, prepare and co-ordination of measuring reports in SAP

  • Auditee for Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)VDA6.3 & 5S and action closure
  • Team Coordinator for Best Practices & Kaizen implementation in QM
  • Responsible for new instrument installation & Preparing Work instruction and risk Assessment, HIRA
  • Department Safety (EHS) coordinator.
