• Implement a system for tracking and recording the quantity and types of scrap generated daily from various operations.

• Gather data for the reconciliation on raw metal inputs, casting outputs, and any recorded losses. Compare input and output data to calculate discrepancies and analyze the cause of metal loss, such as process inefficiencies or handling errors.

3. Internal Audit for the Scrap Management Company.

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the finance and accounts department, ensuring accurate balance carry forward, updating GL balances, proper access controls, and compliance with entry posting protocols. Reviewed CWIP conversion to fixed assets, and provision accuracy.

4. Project Audit.

• Construction Management: Drawing, WBS, project baselines schedule, resource mobilization plan, and its approvals.
• Verify Budget: Project budgeting and IC-approved budget. Timely approval of costs and time overruns. Sign off on the budget from the concerned functional heads.
• Check the Project Monitoring and Change Management compliance with TPC and Construction Management.
• Material reconciliation and gate receipts controls.
• Accounting of expenses and payments related to the project.
