• Supporting for renewals activity for PAN INDIA renewals/activation/deactivations.
• Performing O3 Platform restart for ENR and CDR related issues.
• Generating last day NOVA/billing reports by running scripts or by running gatherer like V3,O3 in gui; transferring them to central FTP /Spider path.
• Solving Disk space issues coming on volumes like /home or /var partitions.
• Responsible for Networking Operations like Network connectivity or Router down issues.
• Working on databases like MySQL in SMS not processing issues node restart issues..
