

Senior IT PACS Analyst with 12+ years of experience in healthcare IT. Expertise in PACS, DICOM, HL7, and related protocols to optimize image acquisition, storage, transmission, and analysis. • Provide advanced application troubleshooting support for systems/applications provided and or supported
by the Innovation and IT Team.
• Build, test, and document solutions for new imaging requirements and work with Innovation and IT vendors
and various IE teams.
• Works with infrastructure teams, application teams, service providers, technology consultants and end-users
to ensure solid solutions to maintain secure, and highly available systems.
• Perform Problem and Capacity Management for Imaging Systems to identify and resolve systemic problems
in the environment.
• Works with Innovation and IT teams to provide monitoring and reporting capabilities, and trains Level 1
support in the resolution of problems.
• Authors and/or updates Infrastructure IT QMS documents (e.g., SOPs, Wis).
• Provides after-hours support.
• Other duties as assigned.
