• To provide remote support for defect detection and correction to Amazon Fulfillments Centers for NA, EU and
  Japan regions, greatly affecting Operations and Supply Chain mechanism as well as ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• To extract data by running basic SQL queries for associates and providing them to the tech teams for metric evaluation.
• Raising and resolving trouble tickets for case-specific difficulties encountered by associates due to technical failures and ensuring smoother workflow.
