- Conducts different types of inspections on the stores, deliverable items, and documentations; verifies compatibility of items with data and issues certifications accordingly depending on the type of the spare parts, tools and equipment (Rotables, Consumable, Fabric) and depending whether the item is new or repaired, or modified.
- Monitor the movement of aircraft parts, including AOG shipments, inbound/outbound logistics, and Dangerous Goods (DG) transport, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Track calibration schedules and expiration dates for tools and parts, issuing Certificates of Calibration (COC) and ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct periodic audits, and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison between Stores, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations, efficient resource allocation, and timely part availability.
- Improves operational reliability by minimizing aircraft out of service events, delays, and cancellations related to the unavailability of spare aircraft parts.
- Ensure release repair orders/ calibration orders within stipulated time of unit replacement/ due date.
