Description:
This project involved building new pages using F/L Thomson Reuters components and editable templates, following Global Content (GC) requests and Figma wireframes. Additionally, it included migrating existing pages from legacy technology to newer platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzed project requirements and performed research to understand the scope.
• Authored web pages, incorporating all relevant information from Gather Content.
• Developed and updated web pages using Adobe Experience Manager 6.5.
• Implemented SEO metadata within page properties.
• Conducted manual testing of staging and live web pages across multiple browsers and devices.

Project #2: Visa

Description:
Worked as a Web Publisher for Visa, responsible for the creation, modification, and deletion of blogs, new pages, and news sections using various templates in AEM. The project required content reading, formatting, and client communication.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively enhanced the quality of deliverables.
• Delivered projects within specified Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Conducted training sessions for new team members.
• Managed task distribution among the team.
• Coordinated with requesters to resolve queries.
• Tracked monthly performance and requests, maintaining both performance metrics and timesheets.

• Managed web design projects for TD Bank Canada, utilizing OpenText Teamsite CMS and SharePoint.
• Coordinated tasks through a ticketing system.
• Addressed stakeholder issues and queries, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
