• Working with leading Global bank in setting up and managing PMO and governance for their MENA region Core Banking Transformation Project. Creating and managing Project Plan in MS Projects, RAID logs, Tracking Critical Path, creating various dashboards for reporting to stakeholders across different levels
• Worked for leading Global Bank for Data Centralization, converting data maintained in different databases for various products into Golden source. Worked on validating various merge & match rules, validating & creating data sets, creating Test scenarios & Test cases
• Worked on Diagnostic study of Finacle core banking solution implemented by leading bank in Sri Lanka. Did root cause analysis of issues faced by bank during upgrade. Created Interest model for CASA, Term Deposits & Lending products.
• Worked on Business Case for Core Banking Modernization for leading global bank. Did Competition study, worked on Cost Benefit Analysis in line with the Business objective

• Driving Digital Enablement for ICICI HFC Digital Transformation Projects
• Be the nodal point of contact across multiple entities facilitating flow of Information
• Provide ongoing support/clarifications to the entities to drive the end outcome of the feature/ functionality requirement
• Competition Benchmarking, Requirement Gathering, Business Process Analysis for the ongoing and upcoming Projects.

Role:

• Owning the project strategy; understanding and documenting business requirements
• Tracking scope, deliverable and timelines; leading the project from concept to delivery
• Working closely with Subject Matter Experts, actively participating in Scrum framework for continuous improvements
• Leading in-house User Acceptance Testing team
• Nodal point of contact across multiple entities such as technology partners, RTA, payment gateways etc. facilitating flow of information to drive the end outcome
• Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements laid by SEBI, AMFI
• On-boarding and training the support team; managing escalations and support workload
• Working closely with Products and Marketing team for creating effective communication to drive user adoption

Highlights:

• Rolled out redesigned ground up version of Distributor Portal, Investor Portal (Both Web and Mobile)
• Key focus was on reducing on-boarding time by simplifying login management process, enhancing user journeys
• Focused efforts had resulted in reduced user drops and increased traction on Digital Assets.
• Distributor Onboarding TAT was brought down to almost instantly from earlier 1 month period
• Around 20000 new distributors were onboarded via online empanelment in the span of initial 6 months after the launch

• On field survey with MF Distributors to understand the scope of penetration into Indian Retail Market for BNP Paribas Mutual Fund
